Amherst Football Lift-A-Thon and Max-Outs

Next week is testing week.  Monday and Tuesday we will test two core lifts per day. Once you are done testing you are free to leave.  Saturday the 18th is the Lift-A-Thon and you will need to arrive in the weight room by 5:45.  If you have any questions please see Coach Pass.
